A Second Chance

5315 W Lake St was a distressed property much like many others we’ve come across, but with this property, the previous owner had left behind more than just junk. Upon acquiring this property, a dog was found tied to a tire and left without food and water. With the aid of some beef jerky, we were able to gain his trust and help him out of the dilapidated structure. We’re happy to say that we weren’t only able to save him that day but also place him in a loving home where he now travels the country in a sprinter van with his new owner. Here was an instance where more than just the building got a second chance at life.
