Improving the Neighborhood

Rehabilitating buildings brings a new opportunity to local business owners and a chance to enrich the local community. At 1520 W Jarvis, the enhancement to the local community did not stop with just the building. Given just a small patch of dirt to work with, we were able to create a lavish garden that was so adored by the community it even received an award. Although small in size, it acts as an oasis amongst the asphalt and concrete urban landscape that will continue to be enjoyed by the local community for years to come.
